Van Geisen Request for Qualifications Published

The City of Caro is seeking qualifications from interested parties to purchase and develop approximately 7.7 acres of City owned property off of Van Geisen Road. The land is zoned R-2, Medium-Density Residential and utilities are available at the road. Please review the complete RFQ documents at City of Caro Bids  or at BidNet.net which is where an electronic submission can be made. 

Bids are due to the Clerk's Office by 10:00 am electronically, or 11:00 am in sealed paper envelope as per the linked specifications.
