Bid Submission Instructions

The City of Caro will accept bids by one of the following methods:

Electronic Submission:
Bids may be submitted online through BidNet Direct prior to the stated deadline. Vendors must be registered with the platform.

Paper Submission:
Sealed bids may be delivered or mailed to:

Envelopes must be clearly marked with the bid name and opening date and received before the deadline. Late bids will not be accepted.

Bidders must submit only one bid, either electronically or by paper.
