PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

ORDINANCE No. 484 – CITY OF CARO TO AUTHORIZE THE OPERATION OF UTILITY TERRAIN VEHICLES (SIDE-BY-SIDES) ON CITY STREETS

            NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Caro Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 4, 2021, at 7:30 p.m. at the City Hall, Council Chambers, 317 S. State St., Caro, Michigan to consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 484, An Ordinance of the City of Caro to authorize the operation of Utility Terrain Vehicles (Side-by-Sides) on City Streets.

Those persons wishing to comment on proposed Ordinance No. 484 may appear at the Public Hearing, or if unable to attend may make written comments prior to the Public Hearing to the office of the City Clerk, Rita Papp, 317 South State Street, Caro, MI  48723. Written comments received prior to the meeting will be read and entered into the minutes of the Public Hearing. A complete copy of the proposed Ordinance No. 484 is available on the City of Caro’s website at www.carocity.net.
